-レシピ--材料- ※目安:主菜3-4人前・豚肩ロース薄切り 350g・塩 少々・片栗粉 大さじ2・青ねぎ 10cm程度・醤油/みりん 各大さじ2 -作り方-1.豚肉をフライパンに入れ、小ネギを切りながら落とし、塩と片栗粉も入れて混ぜる。2.豚肉2枚ずつくらいを目安にして平たく丸め、中弱火で点火する。3.2分程度でこんがりと焼き目がつくのでひっくり返す。4.弱火に落として醤油とみりんを全面にからめ、蓋をして蒸し焼きにする。5.中まで火がとおったら(目安3-5分)、再度ひっくり返して中火にし、タレをからめてお皿に盛る。#tiktokレシピ #簡単レシピ #ワンパンレシピ
